Keto Waffles (or Pancakes)
5 Eggs (separated)
3 Tablespoons coconut flour
3 Tablespoons xylitol or (sweetener of choice)
1 Teaspoon baking powder
2 Teaspoon vanilla extract
3 Tablespoon coconut milk or(any milk of choice)
2 Tablspoon of grass-fed butter or (ghee if you want to go dairy free coconut oil will work as well) butter taste the best though!
Separate your 5 eggs- whites and yolks
Whip together your egg whites until fluffy. Using either a hand mixer or kitchen aid.
Add all other ingredients and the yolks. Hand mix together well until a yellow batter forms and the fluffy egg whites can no longer be seen.
Make sure your pan is well coconut oiled and begin making either waffles or pancakes.
